Am I eligible?

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is designed for upper-level management and directors looking to drive organisational change. It is also possible to take this course if you are a graduate or executive being fast-tracked for senior leadership. Green Belt does not require previous Lean Six Sigma qualifications, although it is possible you will have the Fundamentals or Yellow Belt training.

The Lean Six Sigma Certifications journey progresses from Green Belt to Black Belt and finally the Master Black Belt. Since training is tied to tangible results, gaining these internationally recognised qualifications greatly impacts your work in the present, as well as your opportunities in the future. How long does the course take? The online
How long does the course take?

The online study will take the students between 8 to 12 weeks to complete. There are a number of assignments. For the full certification, you must complete a real-world project which may take anything from 4 to 6 months.

When do I get my Certificate?

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate is given once you have completed the full course - the online training and the real-life project. If you are unable to complete a real-life project we may offer a simulated project in some circumstances. Please get in touch if you have further questions.
